She is a regulatory and strategy expert with over 20 years of experience spanning corporate, academic and government roles in the Asia Pacific region. Claire currently advises on a range of issues related to payment services, digital assets, digital transformation and Web3 - helping business owners and entrepreneurs navigate changing environments and regulatory requirements.

Prior to HM, Claire worked as the Head of Regulatory Affairs at Sleek Tech. She has also worked as a law professor at a university where she was also the Head of Department and
Assistant Academic Vice President. Claire has also served as a Chairperson on the Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants Disciplinary Panel and was appointed as a Panel Member of the Hong Kong Board of Review, Inland Revenue.

Claire holds a doctorate degree in law from Hong Kong, a Masters of International Economic Law degree from Hong Kong, and a qualifying law degree from the UK. She is passionate
